first off i am not a good review writer, so my apologies at first.
Looks and build of this phone is solid and nice, its a little plasticky but its okay considering the price. Yes its sleek to hold.

have u ever thought the price of this mobile phone is so low???
here is the answer.....
*. the soc used in xolo q800 is mtk6589 but in xolo q700 it is mtk 6589m, which is an entry level quadcore from mediatek.....
*.the gpu is powervr sgx544 but it is clocked at a very low frequency of 156mhz...(in mtk6589, it is clocked at 286mhz)

Considering buying this
I just saw the XoloQ700 at a retail store. I've only used a test piece at the store for about 10 min but the touch felt more responsive than that of the Q800. I don't get get why on both the phones the GPU is clocked under 300 mhz. Based on reviews of the GPU it can go up to 533Mhz.
I personally felt that the Q700 looked and felt better than the Q800
Has any one used the Phone for a longer time, If yes any suggestions would be welcome.

Great Phone
Cons:
1.Low volume on calls..Its very hard to hear if you are in city or somewhere little bit noisy.
2.Annoying response from touch while charging(through charger only, while USB charging it works fine).
3.Only one sim slot is 3G
Pro:
1.Great disply

4.Works almost any games .. I tried only temple run2 and Dead Trigger...

Great Features, Poor support.
Specs wise, its an amazing phone.
1.2 GHz quad core Mediatek processor with 1 Gb RAM makes it pretty fast for everyday use and also for casual gaming.
4 Gb on-board storage might seem low to some people, but the ability to expand to 32GB via SD-card takes the edge off that lil bit.
4.5 inch touchscreen of the IPS variety is above average, hovering around the pretty darn good mark!

Nice phone - I tuned it
I faced a bit of lag in the phone but was aware that it was not the issue of the phone but the firmware. I had to thus tweak it to allow smooth functioning.
My wife uses this phone and it is stable.
