Don't expect any after sales serviceI sent my xolo x900 for service. It had network issues. It's been a month and still not got it back. Plus the customer care execs give the same response every time, assuring delivery in a day or two. They are not even sure if they have my phone or not. I am filing a police complaint now. Avoid having a traumatic experience like me.

Wish I had bought it in winters .. !!My second (and last) 2nd tier purchase.. 1st Xolo X900 (and based on its pretty decent performance), then this much hyped, good looking piece of burning coal ! It heats up to the extent that it is difficult to keep in pocket or hold in hand.. !! When it felt boiling the first time, it felt pretty scary that it might blast anytime. So, I, thinking of it as some serious and unusual issue, sent it to the Xolo Fellows. After 3 nasty reminders and couple of phone calls, Xolo sent fedex to pick up the phone on 6th day of my writing to them at email@example.com. Xolo then, perhaps sent the device to Antar… (Expand)

Problem with GPS, compass and wifiI bought this phone from chroma just yesterday and checked the GPS and it just doesnt work. I mean on papers it locks and all but slightly off location and keeps jumping which makes google navigation NOT POSSIBLE. So practically useless GPS.

A disappointing successor to the Uber-cool X900 :-/I've been anticipating the release of this phone ever since I bought X900 and read that a higher-end phone is in the pipeline. But post-release, I find myself totally disappointed. So much so that it is safe to say that X900 might still be the better phone among the two.

Xolo X900 is better! X1000 is an outdated phone! Buy X900 before the price goes up again.Comparison with X900.
