I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I received this product within 2 days after purchasing it. The pins are of very good quality. The metal is strong and doesn't bend when i press it into the soft board. Also, the plastic caps on top are very colourful and make my board look good. Nothing to complain.
