YONGNUO RS-C1 Camera Remote Control

If you are interested in long exposure photography, then remote switch is a must. I was looking for a remote and i found this cheap in flipkart. Very nice product and it does its job very well. I have a Canon 600D and it suits that too.
You can only take long exposure shots using this remote in combination with the Bulb mode in your DSLR. One review here mentions about timelapse video using this remote, which is kind of misleading. If you wanted to do a timelapse video, you need a intervelometer nd that will cost 10 times of what this remote costs, else you can use canon utilites software by connecting the camera to your computer.

Just received the material . First I thank to Flipkart for their nice service. I have bought so many things from different online store but for me Flipkart is special . The deliver before the expected date of delivery.
Now come to the product. This is really good and working with my Canon 600D. This is helpful for bulb mode exposure and also for continuous shooting. Its enough for these two types of photography. Here this is enough and I dont need the same for Rs 4000. One small fault, I saw, is the length of the wire. Although its not a big deal as you can get this extension anywhere .

i m a learning photographer , so when shooting long exposures of traffic or shooting star trails or making a timelapse video i have seen that pressing the shutter button over and over again ... feels kinda dumb !!

so finally decided to go for this dslr remote control for my Canon EOS 550D

very very happy with this remote controls performance....

for the test it works or nt .. i already made a timelapse today of 10sec... it works like a magic !!

I just got this a couple of weeks ago. Was not really sure if I should buy this or the costlier infra red remotes, but after reading a few reviews I went ahead and bought it. I must admit the build is kind of OK, but fir under 500 bucks, its worth it. A must for macro photography and when using the camera at very low shutter speeds or with a ND filter. All in all very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend one of these in your camera kit.

This is a good product and does what it is supposed to do. I bought this to be used with the Canon EOS 60D and it works flawlessly with it. Just like the camera button when you half press the button then the auto-focus gets engaged and on fully pressing it the shutter is released. There is also an option to keep the button pressed (for bulb mode) by sliding it forward.

It is a cheap and good product.
