Useful simple tool
I got this for my 50D, when the Canon original costs ridiculously high, this is cheaper yet does the same function.
Half press to focus, deep press to release the shutter and lock to perform either continuous shooting or long exposures in bulb mode.
Worth every penny for beginners!
Works perfectly on my Canon 600D. Easy to handle. A little variation may be observed during the attempt of Time Lapse Photography.
It does not require any external power source to fire the shutter. It uses the power from the camera battery.
