Regarding Flipkart services,
I have purchased this product for "OCT 25th 11" and it was not worked and i have complained to customer care they have replaced new one within next three days.

Regarding product,
Advantages:
Looking good color,
Upto 8GB we can use external memory its not mentioned in the Specifications,
Excellent display clarity.
Almost its playing all the format of video files.
subtitle,TV OUT option also working fine.
In this price its more than enough.

Disadvantages:
Battery backup is less while playing videos but its ok for this configurations for this prices compare to other brand.

Well.. this product was more than what I expected out of it.. Its output is as good as any high end mp4 players. The picture clarity is too good. There is no lag during the playback which is more likely for a mp4 player of such rates. The touch sensitivity becomes clumsy at times because of we ppl getting used to capacitive touches in our smart phones. The battery backup is also too good when compared with other brand products. But its worth for money..

I would give 5 star for the quality of the product.
4 star for the touch. (because this is the only available touch mp4 in this category after iPod touch).
4 for battery backup.
5 star for the picture quality.
5 star for the features.(u can change theme and set wallpapers like ur own photos too, sleep timer,).
5 star for the music output.
1 star for the earphones.(buy a more powerful ear/head phone if u r a music lover).

Flipkart- u ppl are fantastic. got it within a 2 days. fabulous job guys...!!

THis is my first buy of pmp. I ordered from flipkart and within two days it reached me. The product is quite sturdy than i expected.
-Plays almost all files (some flv and mkv files i could not play, don't know why)
- Screen is quite clear but failed when the videos are dark with so many tinge.
- No watch or date (which would have been very helpful)
- Radio cannot play in the background.
- music - sound is quite okay, but the cheap bundled earphone spoiled the soup. with higher grade headphones its quite okay.
- if you have huge collection of mp3's navigation is quite a challenge as you would accidentally press one of them and unintentionally play them.
- photo viewer is quite good - only thing is you have to get used to it (the controlls)
- tough response is quite okay (being resistive)
- some functionalities like cut, details viewing of files etc would be appreciated.

BUT OVERALL at this price range, you cannot fine better player, it competes with the likes of Rs. 5000-7000. so if you want cheap yet capable player I strongly suggest this player

guys guys guys... stop n thnk tat if u r reallu buying rit prodct... i buyed tis almost 5 mnths bak... first thng i chkd was its sound quality by nokia original in ear earphones n my all expctations wr shaterd...btw they give heavy bass in nokia n other good branded clphons n music players. so haevy bass tat it wud evn smtims supress songs if played on high volume!!!. i cud hear SuMWAT bass wn i pushed earpiece so hard tat it cud evn tear my ear.... rest volume lvl is good.. but most imp ,stocked earplugs r piece of crap.. throw it as soon as u reciv it. m9 got half wreckd aftr 1 weak...!!! touch is a bit hard(bt tats nt a big prob in tis price range),no screen lock is there...
mch of disgrce..but i will nt only keep on tling cons ,,,dudes..
pros are also there-- a player which cud play almost all video formats in tis pric range is dream.. expandabl memory makes it mor out of tis wrld.. for show off.. its d rit gadget bt dnt go for it if u r a hardcore music,sound quality,bass hypnotised....
i wud gift a 3 star coz i missed my colg fr geting it n reslt ws...i ws feeling bad tat fr tis y i lft my fav lcture :D
