How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. The Zero B Sapphire Water Purifier is an appliance that runs on electricity and has a total storage capacity of 6 litres. The Sapphire Water Purifier is a compact model that purifies water using a unique 7 stage purification system. This Zero B Water Purifier is elegant and aesthetically pleasing to look at. As the Sapphire is a wall-mountable model, it does not take up any counter space or block free movement in your kitchen.
Body
The Zero B Sapphire has many innovative features that make it one of the best performing water purifiers while still being very affordable. The Sapphire purifier weighs 12 kg and its rectangular frame has dimensions of 275 X 370 X 230 mm. The water tank is transparent and the water level is shown by a glowing LED bulb.The water tank can be separated from the top half which makes it easy to clean. After washing the tank properly, it can be slid back into place and locked. The water dispenser with its easy-to-use tap is located in the bottom right corner. The three indicator lights are located above the water dispenser on the top half of the water purifier.
Functions
The seven stage water purification system ensures that the water your loved ones drink is free of pesticides, microbes, metals and other harmful toxins. The impure water first passes through a Pre-filter that removes larger particles like sand and hair. The High - Q filter removes more fine particles and lets the water flow through the Bacteriostatic Activated Carbon Filter which further cleans the water of organic impurities in addition to carcinogens.The Sediment Cartridge filters out fine suspended impurities thus improving the clarity. The most important filter in this Zero B appliance is the Reverse Osmosis Membrane made of the revolutionary Energy Saving Poly Amide. This RO membrane reduces the level of dissolved salts drastically while also trapping microbial and chemical contaminants. The Resin Carbon Cartridge and the Post RO Filter act as back up filters that make sure the final product is clear and odourless.
Convenience Features
There are three LED lights that indicate if the power supply is proper, if the tank is full or if the reverse osmosis process is in progress. The Over Voltage and Current Protection system protects the motor by cutting the power supply if there is a spike in the voltage. I think this is the best product that I should have bought, I came to know of it at one of my cousin house. I was amazed to see the level of water it can purify. Moreover it had a sleek design and also a water holding tank. So you don,t have to switch on the power when you want to drink water.
