I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The upper tank storage of this Suraksha Plus water purifier is 5 litres and lower tank capacity is 10 litres. The compactly designed water purifier can be places under the counter/sink. There are 5 purification stages in this Zero B Suraksha Plus appliance which removes all the impurities completely.
Functions
The Zero B water purifier has various filters like Active disinfectant, Bacteriostatic activated carbon, Washable HI - Q filter dome which helps eliminate suspended particles, organic impurities and chlorine. The filters in this water filter make sure it reduces 90-95 per cent of total dissolved salt, calcium, magnesium, sodium and bacteria. The lower filter dome in this elegantly designed water purifier promises to give you crystal clear water. This compactly designed water purifier is portable and can be placed anywhere you want to.
The filter in this Zero B appliance removes 99.9 per cent bacteria and viruses; thus increases the pure water flow for longer. The Zero B Suraksha Plus measures 610 x 320 mm in dimension and weighs just 1.975 kg. The Washable HI-Q filter dome in this Suraksha Plus is a special process where the water flows through a fine filtration which blocks tiny particles, suspended impurities and reduces turbidity up to 60 to 70 per cent. The Zero B water filter eliminates bacteria and viruses that cause waterborne diseases and keep you family healthy.
The Bacteriostatic Activated Carbon Cartridge where the water passes through high-grade silver impregnated carbon, which removes iodine, carcinogens, colour, odour and chlorine. The magnet in the tap ensures energized water for you in few seconds. The Suraksha Plus water purifier by Zero B meets the USEPA drinking water standards and is rated IS 10500. The Zero B Suraksha Plus water purifier has a Filter Life up to 3000 litres.
