I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Pretty good fragrances but ysed package
Liked two of them and they were mildly effective even after a workout amidst sweat.
The red one is kind of repulsive. The blue and lavender ones are good.
Only regret is it was a used pack and not a new one. the pack by itself was not sealed and worse, 2 bottles weighed lesser than the other 2! Also scratch marks and dents along with lot of dust inside the pack.
When i put it across to the CS team i got this response: "we will not be able to replace the product due to technical issues."
