I boght zoook 10000 power bankthis piece through Flipkart in Oct, 14, after 15days of usage it is not functioning good. when i ask flipkart call centre they told warranty for replacement is for 10 days only. and advised me to contact directly zook service centre. i did not find zook service centre in hdyerabad and flipkart personnel also failed to help me by showing zoook service centre in hyderabad as there is no details available with them.
