persuasive, cogent, verbose, analytical, gratifying, bolster

hi guys, i got this book around one month before my exam i guess. its scheduled within the next three weeks from this posting review date.

the review title suggests that this book gives u support(bolster), its gratifying(pleasing to mind), analytical, verbose (long), cogent, persuasive ( convincing).

even though u have so many other books, try to get this one.
and finish all the questions going through the explanations,
if u follow the book diligently & religiously.

Worth its value - Application of concepts!.

I have completed my GRE score 315/340. I have less than two months to prepare and not quite sure about which materials to buy. I bought CliffNotes, Barron's GRE and others. Buying princeton review is worth of the penny and added me real value.

Good practice questions but lots of printing mistakes.

I purchased it 2 week before my exam for a little more practice. The verbal section especially the "reading comprehension" part was very beneficial. The maths section was quite comprehensive and had some good problems.
But the only thing that exasperated me was that there were lots of printing mistakes in the answers section. In the verbal section there were lots of cases when the answers mentioned in the answer sheet and the explanation section didn't match with each other. In some parts of ...

Too easy questions in Aptitude.

Questions in aptitude were too easy compared to the real GRE test. Verbal section is decent enough.
Tips in the book are sometimes really helpful.

Excellent is just not enough praise for this book

For all of the students out there preparing for the GRE on their own or with very little help...this book is the holy grail...with the techniques to tackle the quantitative section and the no. of questions for the verbal reasoning section, i'm pretty sure that everyone can easily crack the revised general test of GRE..!

This book gives me so much of knowledge even i have wont learn in the Coaching .Simply we can say that it is good and awesome book.So, guys don't think any more buy this book and get the score in GRE very high...

vain for math

this book is not necessary to go for gre because it contains concepts of high standards and which are not necessary for gre. It rather confuses the students and for begginers my advice is please dont follow this book> In beggining it really scares please avoid this book rather than this GRE MATH BIBLE is much better one.........

Very useful book

I found this book very helpful especially for quantitative reasoning. I had only 4 weeks for preparation for GRE during which I used this book and the Kaplan GRE review 2013. The questions are really challenging and push the readers to perform better. According to the unofficial report given immediately after the exam, I got 164/170 in quant reasoning and 169/170 in verbal reasoning whose credit mostly goes to these two books. I would recommend this book to GRE aspirants.

Good book.

The book is very helpful for GRE aspirants. The book features a lot of exercises which help you master all sections of the GRE section, and also provides useful tips and tricks to crack GRE.

The only drawback of the book is a number of very basic mistakes on the solutions. It is a pin to sit and decide whether your answer is right or the solution is right.
