It is a great book to read. I personally enjoyed reading this book. The author has expressed his thoughts in a very simple language and he has illustrated the pearls of wisdom with good stories. In the competitive scenario of today, it is important that one takes out some time from his/her busy schedule and reads this book coz this book really relates to every aspect of life, be it personal or professional and this book does help to change one's perception towards things.
