There is returns policy on said product otherwise I was returned it. It was not up to the mark. Since I wanted to buy two players game I bought this. Negligible clearity on TV screen. No back button on game console. Manual is not in box. Only positive point is it doesn't require battery on remote.

Worst product , within a month few buttons didn't worked
And support is not at all helpful, if the product quality is very low, then why flipkart is selling them.
This is the second time ,I am facing like this from support, no benefits for the customers,,only loss
