This is one of the earlier DVDs from Jillian Michael. It has three different workouts namely, level 1 2 and 3. Each workout has three circuits. Jillian combines strength, Cardio and Abs workout to enable the body to get maximum workout in minimum amount of time.

The workouts are progressively supposed to get tougher. But personally, I found level 2 workout the most difficult to do, at least in the beginning.

Level 3 exercises mostly focus on abs and core.

jillian is a vry tough training...so it u r a beginner this cd isnt for u bt if u hv gained some stamina den dis is the best workout cd and u ll lose weight in no time

The 30 day shred provides an effective workout. Jillian Michaels keeps one motivated throughout the 20 min work out. But pay attention to the way they do exercises and the things Michaels asks to be careful about. As I did not and was stuck with a sore ankle for 3 weeks.

Its a product worth its price. someone without the equipment and willingness or money to go to gym can surely benefit from it.

An excellent and easy to follow workout.This dvd is ideal for those looking for a good workout in a short time.All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a mat.I would suggest that you do workout without weights on day 1 of each level to get the hang of movements.Jillian is a tough trainer.She pushes you to your max limit.Level 1 is not for absolute beginner.I would say its for intermediate.
Each level has 3 circuits of 6 minutes each comprising of 3 min strengh 2 min cardio and 1 min absIt show...

This workout is excellent since it combines both strength and cardio moves.

The moves are challenging and there are different levels available - so it works for both beginners and advanced folks.

Excellent for those who are looking for serious inch loss.

If I were to choose the top 3 workout Dvds from my collection of 50 plus Dvds " 30 Day Shred " would be one of them. True to its name you will be shred in just a month. Effective exercises,varied levels, knowledgeable trainer & proper guidance and motivation to push you constantly, the dvd contains it all.
The only drawback is the shortest cool down ever given in a workout video. Compensate that with your own version. Nevertheless one of the best workout Dvds.

Its three 27 minute workouts are compact, time saving and effective. Jillian constantly motivates to perform better throughout the workout. Suitable for beginners as well as for the advanced. Cardio and weight sections are crisp and not too tiring.

It's one of the best weight loss DVD I have came across. The only con it has is, it's not for beginners.
The schedule is hardcore. So people who are excessively over weight won't be able to do it.
It's for the ones who are working out on regular basis and needs a push to their stuck weight.

One star for cd quality....takes ages to start and doesn't works...but workout is awesome but only if cd works
