Its a wonderful product from ifb the features are fabulous i gave the 4 rating bcoz am not satisfied with its grill option
If i turn on the grill feature for more than 5 min the oven gets off because of its high heating the feature is good but if you need the grill more than 5 min you need to wait until it gets to normal temp to get auto on
Other than that it's a great product
