Flipkart delivery was good. Been using the product for the past 15 days.

After the delivery of the washing machine, IFB guys didn't even bothered to come for installation and demo. After multiple calls to service centre and escalations, One guy(3rd party not from IFB) came and did the demo.

Be aware, the guy comes for installation forces/tells stories to buy washing machine stand, but IFB call centre guys recommend you not to use any stands. I bought a stand and after installation the guy ...

This one is my first purchase of big appliance from online site. After doing a lot of search finally I have decided to go for IFB SENORITA AQUA SX. The product looks stunning. Delivery from flipkart is very good. Nicely packed and delivered in time. Very easy to use. The service engineer from IFB is very supportive and explained all the programs with demo. If you look for a decent washing machine in price range 30-35k for a family of 4-6 members you must go for it.
