Product was delivered on time.Nice packing n great service.one star less bcoz of the late installation but after raising request,installation and demo completed on time.As far as sony tv is concerned, good but not the best sound and picture quality. As Sony brand v expect some more.The sound and picture quality was same as those of new brands coming in the market but at comparatively v less price.

I have been using this tv for about 3 months and i havent noticed any cons....

I bought it during Big Billion day sale n got it for 21k. The looks are brilliant with good picture quality having pleasant sound. And most important thing is that installation is done within 24 hours. I think its the best 32 inch led in this price, Afterall its sony not to forget that. Thanks to flipkart.

Ordered on 17 June as Cricket offer and received the product next day morning by 7.30am as promised before the Champions Trophy final.
Was able to view the channels on new TV by 8.30 am.
