Received the TV in good condition on scheduled date. Flipkart arranged for the installation as well. The reason I am giving 1 star is because of the service. I called Sony to enquire about the assured gift that they are showing in their website as part of the festive offer. Picture quality is excellent, you can't ask more than this from a IPS panel, build quality and looks are awesome. I got it for Rs 105k so it's the best deal available.

Placed order on Friday 25 May, 2018. Received emails confirming order and delivery details. Product got delivered on Monday, 27 May 2018 morning. TV Remote was missing from the unit. Seller OmniTech has apparently no replacement available. Flipkart shows that I will recieve my refund almost after a month. A Furstrating experience with Flipkart. Better buy this product from some electroinc shop.
