Flipkart delivery was smooth. No issues there.
Coming to the laptop, first of all the positives: sleek built, good display, super fast power on time, switches on like a TV.. Even my smart TV takes a while to fully load up. Software experience is good. During 1st setup do ensure a good wifi connection. MS office and other softwares will update. I did not encounter any abnormal heating issues.
