The charger must be in fair condition no tempered or physical damage and have no signs of wear or tear. Sulania Not Covered Warranty Policy, Thank you for choosing Sulania. Please read the following warranty terms carefully, Warranty Does NOT Cover: Any kind of physical damage, Issues due to external factors like, Voltage fluctuation, Current surge, Exposure to moisture, Overheating, Slow charging, Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear, Products found to be in used or poor condition, Secondary products are not covered under warranty, Replacement Terms, Warranty is valid only once per product after proper validation. Only 1 replacement is allowed during the warranty period. The replacement product will not be covered under warranty. Customer must self-return the damaged product within 7 days of issue; after this period, pickup will not be arranged. Customer must courier the product to our Delhi office at their own cost. After inspection and approval, we will ship a new unit free of cost (excluding delivery charges). Customer is responsible for delivery charges of the replacement unit.
