Not Covered in Warranty
Warranty does not cover physical damage, burnt or liquid‑damaged parts, Swollen / bulged batteries due to overcharging, damage caused by power surge, short‑circuit, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, or use with incompatible laptops, and normal wear and tear or reduced backup over time,use with incompatible models and Mismatch model.
Warranty Service Type
For any warranty claim, the customer must contact LappyMind Customer Support via call/WhatsApp +919289857585 or email us sales@drits.in. LappyMind will first provide remote troubleshooting and, if required, arrange an engineer visit Nearest local Area or guide the customer to the nearest authorized LappyMind service centre to get the product inspected and replaced as per warranty terms.
