Manufacturing defects and functional issues related to the charger under normal usage conditions are covered under warranty. The warranty is applicable only if the product is used as per the provided guidelines and within the specified warranty period. Replacement will be provided after proper verification and validation by Hespa Customer Support.

Any kind of physical damage is not covered under warranty. Issues arising due to external factors such as voltage fluctuation, current surge, exposure to moisture, overheating, or slow charging are not covered. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper usage. Warranty claims will be rejected if the product is found to be used or in poor condition. Replacement will be provided only after proper validation. The customer is required to pay delivery charges of approximately ₹60–₹120, depending on the delivery pincode, for the replacement unit. Any item issued as a replacement against the original order will not be covered under warranty. Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty period.
