Useless product
Only after 2-3 months it gets blackout ..... Motherboard short .. it s been one week I called hp on 3rd oct, yesterday technician came and told me it will take more 3-5 days to recieve new motherboard kit and to change it... . I am an architecture student we have daily uses of laptops and have to submit projects. .. my whole semester internal marks gone wrong due to these 2 week ( bcoz this is semester ending time ) .. i hate this product...
