Does the job
Outer unit is too noisy like an aeroplane flying on top when fan speed increases or decreases. Had bought LG ac last year in similar price, that has minimal noise.
Indoor unit cover doesn't close properly. Using a cello-tape to stick the cover from one side.
Cooling also seems a bit slow.
Excessive water dripping from outside unit due to high condensation and low insulation provided on the pipes.
Not sure if I got a faulty product or this model itself is faulty.

Excellent product!!!
Cooling : Excellent for 120-130 sqft.
Power Consumption : 5-7 units, if used continuously for 8-9 hrs during night.

Wonderful

Good quality product
Very good material for the price but it's aluminium condenser which I didn't notice while purchasing. It was mentioned by flipkart. Great cooling. If invested a 1500 more could have gone for a copper Panasonic. Now have to check the life of the condenser as I am new to aluminium and others say it won't out lives 3years. Also the outdoor unit doesn't have shield blue coating, only the indoor unit has it. Outdoor unit is a bit noisy compared to my other Hitachi. Well let's experiment 😉😉😉.

Good product but installation not done properly and installation person taken high amount.
After 1 month of installation cooling issue was face due to gas leakage but service team not supported properly and they visited after 1 week for rectification.

A:Yes it comes with 10ft copper pipe. Anything extra is used that is chargeable. My advice is to get ready the water pipe as well as the 3 core 2.5 mm wire if required as they charged way too much

A:A.C is good you can buy, for installation they are charging more, when you book the ac you arrange outer stand also, some wire also, along with ac they are not providing

Q:Voltage range mentioned in stabilizer free operation section of this AC is 100V-290V. But as mentioned by experts, external stabilizer needs to be used to safeguard the AC from potential fluctuations.
