me and my husband both bought the same laptop at 6 months of gap. these are the worst laptops i have ever used. the hinge becomes distorted after some time due to which the laptop doesn't open and close properly. when we went to the service center they replaced the hinge but the screen cracked. now because of the touchscreen feature the mouse gets stuck at the cracked portion and i am unable to work for hours as no mouse cursor is found. very delicate, we are unable to travel with this laptop...

Excellent design, packaging and delivery. So far no issues noticed

The pc went into blue dump screen twice since it's arrival yesterday. Did get support from dell in fixing the issue. Updated all necessary drivers.
Overall good , hoping no more BSOD's. ,😀
