Good strong sturdy chair!
Few observations, some times annoying screeches comes when we lean back.
One arm rest is some what loosen and bit shaky, be aware arm rest horizontal movement feature is not there.
Instructions manual was vague and could've been better
Overall a good chair in this segment when compared to its peers!
IMO, could've been great deal if 2 to 3 thousand lesser!!

After using chair more than a week. Writing review.
1. Give time to chair so that it can set according to you.
2.Hand support is awesome which will be up and down.
3.Width of the chair is little more but it's good for healthy person also.
4.Dont expect too softness on the cushion .It's little hard but after using a week, you will be used to.
5.Neck support is awesome adjust as per your hight.
6. Back support also good.
