Don't know how to convert the refrigerator as they say 5 in 1

It may be a great choice for some people but for me it comes under the category of good because this refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser and it is a non plumbing type refrigerator. There is no provision to convert it into a plumbing type refrigerator. So, we need to fill its water tank with the capacity of 4.5 lts. again and again, which is an additional job we have to do twice or thrice in a day.
