Absolutely useless product
Cant process simple multitasking like opening multiple tabs on chrome
Very disappointed with the opening time it takes
The support centre just sends a person who just installs the windows once again and now he can do nothing
Dont go with this acer i5 hdd my sister has a lenovo laptop with i3 version with ssd and its much better than my laptop which is much costlier than the lenovo onee ......

If you use laptop with HDD only then performance is Okay.
If you need best performance then please install SSD 256GB Or 512 GB and It will be 10x faster
Notable difference:
Start time on HDD: 5 min , Start time on SSD: 40 Sec
Opening chrome On HDD: 2 min, On SSD: 2.5 Sec
Please install SSD and it will be best laptop in this price.
