The product is good, but its almost been 15-20 days nd i m still waiting for the LG guys visit.
Not sure if it is flipkart failure or LG's.

Good service from flipkart got item within one day

Super quick delivery...In 18 hrs of placing order! Easy exchange. However, the delivery guys did not switch on the refrigerator and I was told that installation will happen on Monday. Of course I could not wait that long, called up LG Customer Care and they sent a technician in 2 hrs flat! Demo done, refrigerator started.
About the refrigerator:
1. Super silent. You need to open it to know it's running.
2. Quick cooling
3. Spacious, but not like Haier.
4. A stunning looker. This was unexpect...

"PATHETIC" service....
Product delivered on 18.04.17 and still no news on installing it waiting for your kind response. When I called toll free number they told me some technical issues that's why it was delayed, when I tried calling service centre they had no information about the same.
My last order in household and electronics category. Can't compete with global competition with this kind of service.

Product is good. But flipkart services are the worst i have ever seen. Waited 7 days for installation.
