    I don't have any complaints about the newly purchased iphone 13 which I opted for an exchange offer against my iphone 11.

    I have actually not used my iphone 11 it was my secondary phone purchased during Covid for online meetings. It was like a brand new phone with all the accessories. I haven't used earphones and original charger after purchase.
