I was very disappointed with the Dell laptop I purchased. The laptop was slow and unresponsive, taking forever to load even basic programs. The keyboard was uncomfortable to type on, with keys that felt stiff and unresponsive. The touchpad was overly sensitive, making it difficult to navigate the computer without accidentally clicking on things. Additionally, the screen had a noticeable glare that made it difficult to use in certain lighting conditions. The battery life was also disappointing...
