Why there's no Ms office .. all have to buy

One of the speakers stopped working after 9 months. With the warranty the speaker was replaced with a new one but after 9 months the same speaker stopped working again and there is no warranty now. Build quality is very poor. Go with other brands.

The battery I got with laptop was defective coz it was not lasting more than 2 hrs without charger but the ACER service center replaced it free of charge but thats ok not every product is gonna be perfect.

The battery life is the main reason to go for 5500U, no other nvidia equipped laptop gives upto 7 hrs of usage time, got 7hrs with power option tweaks otherwise 6hrs. The heat management is also pretty good, max 43`c on Chrome, GTA 5 MEDIUM setting 60`c max with the fan on full blast.
