Best in the market!
Received the controller with no damage on packaging and the controller works great. After using redgear for years, moving onto xbox is so good. Everything feels better/premium. If you have 5-5.5k then this is the best controller you can buy for pc as half the things in dual sense controllers won't work on pc.

Don't waste your money
Don't buy lime version of controller. It had issues when I saw the review but still trusted Microsoft brand. Both of my LB and RB buttons are not working just after 5 months of purchase.
