Today they say, for any issue, call the brand center.

Not recommended at all
The key "y" is not functioning properly.....it only works if it is pressed in the center of key.......whenever i open microsoft word.............it it takes time more than usual...........whenever i type somthing in chrome or in you tube.....ther occur a lag.....so not very happy with this product.........so not very good laptop.......
