Good choice
Very good looking and smart features enough for 3 to 5 people works perfectly this model has a 3 star ⭐ rating for power consumption also doesn't come with coolpack in the freeger Samsung should provide a coolpack with this model.. that's it rest is good..

Great product
Am happy with the product. Only complain is that their is a small like 5mm size dent in the back that too that was not noticed by me or my family but by the samsung installer , but i did not exchange the product . The person who brought the product were very helpful and had maintained proper hygiene and were wearing masks and gloves. The samsung installer called me on the day of delivery and was installed the next day. The product was delayed to me by 5 days but thats okay bcoz it was taken ...

Perfect product!
The fridge is awesome. N the converter feature is really good especially in winters when there is not much need of freezing things. Delivery was also timely without any damage to the product. Overall a thumbs up for the product.

Product(345ltr, RT37T4513S8/HL/2020) description shows there is coolpack and in specification Coolpad is available but in real or actual no coolpad is there. I searched details from Samsung official website and got to know that there was no Coolpad. No freshroom but freshroom image in description. Samsung describes that freezer converted into freeze but in practical it maintains minimum cooling by freezer but still less than zero. Worst experience ever!
One star because, when the box is opened by technician there two areas covered with small tape, we just pulled off those and did not notice anything at that time but then after couple of hours we realized that these are put in place to cover scratches and a small dent. Really disappointed and felt cheated.
