Useless product
Don't buy it.
It's a terrible product. First of all, 95% of Toshiba's TV business is owned by Hisense, and this is essentially a rebranded Hisense TV under the hood. So don't expect any ruggedness or reliability like the old Toshiba.
Then there's no active customer care service from Toshiba's side , their phone number and email are both non-functional.
The story doesn't end here. They advertise it as having 16 GB of storage, but in reality, only 5.89 GB is available out of the box, wi...
