i tried to buy this machine today also but not able to exchange my old washing machine. when i put my pin-code i got exchange available at your location but when i selected the product to exchange it shows me exchange is not available at your location what is this!!! The one star which i gave is for flipkart app not for the product

I think on large appliances Flipkart is yet to catchup on the price factor vis a vis local market.
My relative bought this same model at 31k - 1500 (exchange for old machine) = 29,500 2 days back. I was pressing them for buying online than from local market. They didnt listen to me. Online its for 32,590 today which is much higher than local price!!!!
lesson learnt - Not everything online is always cheaper than local market.

As usual after a great survey I decided to buy IFB senorita 6.5 kg machine. Flipkart service was prompt. Prior to this I purchased many products in flipkart all were sealed completely from top to bottom making me feel genuine and reliable. Machine panels are fitted properly & the IFB personals also not able to fix it and its a manufacturing defect of IFB.

Same machine I have seen in some of the showrooms which were good...I think IFB passing faultily manufactured product thru Flipkart. If I have seen the same piece in showroom definitely I would reject that piece and go for another piece of same machine. Better buy thru showrooms, there is no much price difference.

my sincere sugession dont purchase any consumer eleccronic goods from flipkart,
flipkart expertise is very bad in selling and supporting customers in this segment,

though its a decent product, IFB needs to improve their service assistance.technicians hv less knowledge about the product.two technicians had said completely different demo about the machine operation and its features / washing options.none of their technicians wear the uniform while visiting.and they attend very late to ur service requests.

I had ordered this product for Bangalore location, the product came in 1 day, and even the installation was done in 2 days. I had read many reviews like installation was not done, i think flipkat took that seriously and started tracking that themselves which was much needed.

Coming to the product side, i have used the product for a month. Its simple to use with good build quality.

The tracking notifications were timely and the installation personnel also called and performed the installation and demo within the stated time duration.
