Child lock is of no use as power button works in child lock mode. Takes more time in comparison to top load but cleans better. Steam wash Takes minimum 3:25 hours.

Don't waste your money
LG has worst customer service. Installation and demo was not done in time I had call them multiple times through Flipkart and through LG customer care as well. Think before buying LG product. I wish could have order Samsung or any other.
