Unsatisfactory
This is the first time I bought a IFB product and the quality is pathetic.
The wash cycles are vague and inadequate.
The noise level is so high that it will literally give you a headache.
The parts are faulty, makes a terrible grinding noise while in wash mode.
Each cycle is so short that your clothes will never ever get washed cleanly.
To top it all their after sales service is a pain, they will never turn up in time.
Their mistries are ill trained and arrogant.
I think these are the reasons...

Wonderful
Ifb is a good brand and I ll specially suggest cause their after purchase service is also good. I am sharing this after 3-4 months of use
The washing machine itself is good enough under the budget and performance.
Once there was a coin stuck under the machine and it stopped working and upon register complained the same day evening their technician visited and resolved the issue.
I will recommend this Brand over samsung or whirlpool etc..
