Good quality product
The order process was smooth. The item was delivered on time. The packaging was good. The item was delivered with open box delivery.
The printer set up was very easy. It was wireless printer using wifi to connect with laptop. It needs HP account to link the printer to owner. The prints are of good quality. The included cartridges ran out of ink quickly. The scanner works perfectly.
The only issue is the HP smart app crashes frequently mid way through taking multiple scans.

Please don't buy this my product not working properly that is in waranty and they giving Tecnicion no ,not responding, procedure of waranty not good
