Delightful

Highly recommended
Very good product.... good performance and battery life is about 5 hours on usage of wifi connection, without any data usage it gives upto 6 hours of battery backup.....

Pros:
1. Very light weight and fast in performance. We can carry easily in traveling. Durable build quality from HP as expected.
2. No heating issue.
3. Window 10 Home and Office 2019 Preinstalled. Window is activated. Just you need one Microsoft account. Office 2019 you have to Activate manually by logging in to Microsoft Account and then click on Activate button on popup when we use first time.
4. Laptop contains all the things mentioned in specifications ...so Flipkart is very much truste...

defective camera
I brought this product, however after 3 days came to know that the camera has some problem. Being under warranty, I approached the OEM Hp and their mechanic reported that the product is DOA (Defect on Arrival) and offered a replacement of the product. However Flipkart refused to replace (not even considering for replacement) as the mandatory time limit for the return/replacement had elapsed by 2 days due to all these efforts....A not so good experience. its been only 10 days i purchased a laptop. I have updated OS after purchasing. I am getting fan noise often. When i contacted hp customer care, they said its not a prblem as it may be due to overheat issue in internal components. I didnot expect this kind of problem in hp laptop. its disappointing.Otherwise the product is good.

Worth the money
I got my laptop yesterday and am writing this review based on my usage of 4 hours. The laptop design is very sleek and sharp. The System boots within less than 4 seconds. The battery performance seems decent(it lasted about 3.5/4hrs).
