Good product with extremely poor after sales service from IFB. FC delivered the unit as per per schedule but post that IFB installation team never came even after repeated reminders. The worry is that, if this is the response for installation, one can imagine what will it be for a service call to IFB.

Excellent product...was looking for a household dryer in India and the product met my expectation...very useful specially in drying ur blankets where washing machine doesnt dry it completely

A very useful appliance in the monsoons of Shimla which removes moisture from your clothes in addition to make them fully dry. The smell and lint from the clothes is removed and the clothes feel like fresh. In order to save electricity and save clothes from undue stress keep running them in the dryer at medium level. The after sale service of IFB is excellent. Install it on top of ur fully auto washer for enjoying its efficentcy.

Product is good. Only thing is the door lock is not so good. It needs pressure for locking the door

Good product.. however one issue .... Does not stop drying cycle after the set time....you have to open the door to stop spin or switch off power

Very poor after sales support

Purchased the dryer after much consideration of its utility in Jan 2017. It arrived on time as per the scheduled delivery slot, they even installed the dryer. We used it once and it worked wonderfully well. But the second time we tried to run it the thing won't start. This after we paid 1800 to the IFB guy to install a stabilizer before running the dryer. The damn thing went dead. Other noticeable thing was the extremely flimsy door lock. It was not fixed , and 2 out of 3 times , it would not...

I own this product for 2 years. very useful one for places like Bangalore, where the Sun and Rain is not predictable.

Had an issue of non heating some time back, but was repaired by IFB under the warranty promptly.

On an average it takes about 75 Min to dry the cloths completely, Wrinkle free one takes little more longer.

Cupboard mode give you almost like a ironed one ready to wear and go.

Very happy with this product.
