Very Good
I have been using Dell laptops for last 16 years and have realised value for money of Dell laptops. This one looks upto mark and performs reasonably well in comparison to other peers. However, size of the laptop could be reduced to make it more contemporary.

Very poor
Worst laptop over...never going to recommend any1 to buy it
1st problem happens with the delivery, i had given a different product...after continuous argument with the customer care i finally received the actual one i ordered...its been 9 month after that i m using this one...initially it was fine, having ssd it was working fast and all...then u keep on working wid this, load data softwares and others, then u will actually start to face the problems
So many times it wont open...nd u hv to wai...

Decent product
I am writing this review after use of 1.10 years. I have found that some keys of the keyboards are not working properly. This makes me irritated and worried about that.

When I charged 1st sound was coming then for 20 mins the laptop became fully hot , I was tensed but now I think it's okay
