Expected a better product
Laptop speed is too slow for window.. It takes 7 to 8 min just to start . It can even run ms word decently without hanging. It even sometimes hangs when you run vlc . I dont know why company has launched such a worthless product. If you want to buy this laptop the only solution is to install Linux in another partision then only u can get decent performance. battery back up is good and screen quality is ok

Initially it was good and my son used for online classes. But after 6 months if use, it has slowed down and heating issue is also there. No scope ro increase either RAM or Storage. Only one motherboard is inside line mobile. Now thinking I should have paid little more and took one with better configuration.
