Hated it!
after a 1.5 years drum broken out and that's not under warranty. really frustrated with this product. if you want front load than buy above 30k machine otherwise top load is good.

Terrible product
bought in Oct 23 with 3 yrs and motor 20 yrs warranty, after using 18 Months drum stops working. I request for Samsung service and service guy is mentioning is that there is physical damage when there is nothing happen to drum, may be back side it has issue so drum is not rotating.
It is very when a product stop running after 18 months and it is not damage physically. how a company can mention as physical damage.

Utterly Disappointed
Just a year and stopped working....sensors are not working, clothes remained unwashed many times with detergent over clothes...... don't even think of buying it.
