I paid for office home premium but got only home personal for 1 pc . While I paid for five pc licences

The discription and specification given are incorrect since the box does'nt say it includes MS Access 2013.

We had ordered Ms Office 365 2016 5 Users, we received the product which is useful only in India. We need a product which will be useful worldwide.

Why cant we download the keys online? I need the software urgently but I have to wait for 1 week for it to arrive through snailmail. Havent used it though.

I am disappointed with Flipkart and this purchase. As mentioned in the product description, i Ordered office 365 home 5 license. But when i activated office 365 page said it is only 365 personal. I paid around 3592, whereas the personal 365 offfice costs only 3299/year. I requested flipkart to rectify. And below is the response from them:

I commend Microsoft's efforts to give Mac users their well known office suite. Although this does have some login issues. But they are just minor and can be ignored.

Against order for 5 License key I was delivered 1 License key only.
It seems the seller wants to take customers for a ride by delivering a lower value item then the promised one.
Flipkart should ensure that these type of sellers pay for their misdeeds.
Never felt cheated like this before on Flipkart.

Office 365 bought for my different devices and activated them. It works well only con is downloading the SW from Site takes hell lot of time.
