We are totally satisfied with the product and the product performance is really good.

I am using this product since JAN 2016. I am using this machine every day twice. It is a very good product.
Pros: Cleans full bucket of clothes without a heck, Water intake is optimum, No vibration & very stable. Very less noise. Best in cleaning, no twisting of cloths, Easy to operate, Best for family member of 5.
Cons: Time of 15min is a waste function I found is useless. Any other function will take minimum of 2 hours to clean including water intake. After child lock if big knob/function...

Using this machine since a month and no complains.Have very useful wash programs and uses less detergent for washing.
Overall happy with the product.

Flipkart delivered the product as promised - As good as ever in delivery.
IFB demo guy called in 2 hours and came home for demo.
1. Though product description on Flipkart says 'special built-in aqua filter that treats hard water efficiently', demo guy told this feature is only for pre-wash. Since my apartment only gets hard water supply, I was forced to buy 'water softener' for 1900 bucks...

The product was delivered On Time by Flipkart. Service Technician attended to within 24hrs. Wash quality is awesome (compared to my earlier Top Load WM)! Hardly any noise. Highly recommend this product.
