Good choice
Have been using for a month now. The machine in quiet as a mouse while functioning which is a delight in itself, and a huge upgrade from our 15yr old top load machine which made a huge ruckus. The whole exchange process can certainly be made for easy, because our exchange product was denied twice before being accepted finally. The very next day installation and demo was very good and smooth. Just the exchange process cost them one star.

A good product for a quality wash. And silent wash. And fully automatic.
But not as smart as the advertising Done.
No smart diagnosis. No wi-fi. NFC tag usless.
It won't support on 4g/3g phones. It is just old as old generations
Looks like current generations washing machine. And thought of smart washing machine. So I went for this 27k.
Slight Disappointed in this parameter. As this is not compatible for online diagnosis and cycle monitoring in smart phone.

Good and decent product, price on a bit higher end but worth the quality, it's all good product and service wise in warranty, post warranty service is unsatisfactory, technicians post warranty just try to compel customer to buy new one, this part is outdated... Currently it's not available so and so
