Excellent
Product is very good and washing quality is excellent. Technician was very rude. He charged Rs 700 for new tap and its fitting which was very costly. Also he was insisting again and again to purchase water softener and machine cleaning powder.

Not good
Writing this after 1 year usage.
Recently machine started getting stuck in between without completing the spin.
Some times it wont even start when I power on.
Not sure if it is a motor problem.
We are advised to use stabilizer for voltage fluctuations. But even after that the same issue exists.
Machine is getting stuck even the voltage range is normal.
