Unsatisfactory delivery service and people
Delivery people not delivered product to my home(Second Floor), lots of excuses to not deliver product like only deliver product if lift exists in your building and Flipkart customer guys have only word in their response "Apologies" Very worst thing.

good cleaning quality
i im using this machine from last few weeks. it has very less sound (no sound if compaired with IFB) while washing and spinning.
the washing quality is excelent (compared on 3 weeks used jeans) . it will give best results if good detergent like Arial/SurfExcel matic.(trust me not doing brand promotion) worth to buy.. took this machine after investing 2 months and verifying IFB, Bosch, Samsung brands.
